University of Surrey

The University of Surrey invited TABS to join their November symposium on British song, participating in 'round table' discussions on the future of British Song with composers Helen Chadwick and David Power, before a recital with the baritone Gareth Brynmor John. Our programme really spanned the whole range of British song, blending classics by Ralph Vaughan Williams, George Butterworth and Britten with recent work by Thomas Armstrong and Richard Rodney Bennett.
